When you register on our website, your account must first be approved by a member of our team.
Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation message from us — after that, you can start placing orders.
Payments
For New Partners
We work on a pro-forma payment basis.
This means that before your order is dispatched, you will receive a pro-forma invoice. Once we receive your payment, your order will be shipped.
Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order, you will first receive a confirmation that your order has been registered.
A pro-forma invoice will be sent to you 1–3 weeks before the official release date.
Pre-Orders
We regularly offer pre-orders with a specific order deadline.
Once the deadline has passed, no additional orders can be placed, so please make sure to submit your order before the cutoff date.
Allocations
In some cases, pre-orders may be partially allocated, meaning your ordered quantity may be reduced.
This can happen due to:
- High demand and limited supply
- Product damage or loss during transport
- Production or supply issues from the manufacturer
We always strive to inform our partners in advance if an allocation is expected.

Delays
Due to logistical challenges, some products may arrive later than expected.
When placing pre-orders, please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and may change due to global shipping conditions.
Note: Because of the constantly changing global logistics situation, all ship dates are estimates and subject to change.
In-Stock Orders
You can place orders for in-stock items directly on our website.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an invoice.
After we receive your payment, your order will be shipped.
Ordering Pre-Order and In-Stock Products Together
Pre-order and in-stock items cannot be ordered together in a single transaction.
If you try to combine them, the system will prompt you to remove one type of product from your cart.
Please remove either the pre-order or in-stock items, refresh the page, and proceed with your order.

24.99 EUR — per parcel to:
Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, France
31.99 EUR — per parcel to:
Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Madrid
49.99 EUR — per parcel to countries outside the EU, including:
Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Monaco, United Kingdom (UK), Ukraine, and other regions
One parcel can contain up to 30 kg.
Shipping costs apply up to 3 parcels — if your shipment exceeds 3 parcels, the 4th parcel and beyond are included in the price.
Example:
Shipping 3 parcels to Germany costs €74.97, and shipping 4 parcels costs the same — €74.97.
